Courier Services

Courier Services provides delivery for all University interoffice mail. Interoffice mail is picked up and delivered without postage to the locations below. Packages or excessive volumes may incur delivery fees. In most cases, a department name and box number are required for delivery.

In addition, Courier Services provides on-demand expedited intramural delivery, pharmacy deliveries, and timely delivery of critical medical supplies.

• • River Campus

    All River Campus departments are eligible for delivery. A department name and box number are required.

• • Medical Center Complex

    Mail addressed to Medical Center offices is delivered to the Medical Center Mail Office. A department name and box number are required for delivery.

• • Mt. Hope Properties

    Includes all University Mt. Hope Avenue addresses. A department name and box number are required for delivery.

• • South Campus

    Includes the Laser Lab, the Bloch Alumni and Advancement Center, and the Imaging Center. A department name and box number are required. Also includes the UFC building which requires a department name only.

• • Eastman School of Music

  • Memorial Art Gallery

  • Highland Hospital

    A department name and box number are required for delivery.

• Offsite and Affiliate Locations

  There are a number of regular deliveries to multiple offsite and affiliate locations. Locations listed below receive regular pickups and delivery. Please contact us for additional details or for specific departments.
